REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

 

 

Refunds are order specific and shall only be issued to the credit card account against which the original purchase was made.

Exchanges among purchased goods shall be provided to a student only under the following conditions:

 

When all of a student's purchased goods have not been downloaded and therefore he or she has credit from those non-downloaded purchased goods remaining on account with X-StreamPublishing, LLC.

1. In the event that the value of the new selection is greater than the credit remaining on account with X-StreamPublishing, LLC, the purchaser shall be required to pay the difference in price prior to being allowed to download the new materials.
2. Should the new selection be of lesser value than the credit remaining on account with X-StreamPublishing, LLC, the remaining value from the transaction shall continue to be credited to the student's overall account and be made available for future downloads or Refund.

Current product prices shall govern all exchanges. Refunds shall be subject to purchase price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Validity of Student Accounts

 

Student Accounts shall remain valid as long as there is account activity and shall remain valid for a period of three (3) calendar* years after the last DOWNLOAD to accommodate changes in course schedules and relocations. At such time, the account shall be closed and no Refunds shall be allowed.

 

*A calendar year is comprised of 365 days beginning at one (1) second after midnight (00:01 AM), U. S. Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Savings Time as the case may be, beginning the day the learning materials were last downloaded and includes weekends and any holidays.
